Yummy food in Ethiopia, although sometimes the potentially familiar ends up surprisingly interpreted. We are big fans of the fresh fruit juices, orange, mango, papaya, pineapple and even avocado (not for Stuart, obviously). And the goulash, with fish and lamb, spicy but not too much so. There is a definite Italian influence in the quality and strength of the coffee and the cute little pastries, all flaky and chocolatey, and ice cream is everywhere.
Wow, that hamburger looks very ... architectural. Like a new hotel in Dubai!
