This week I had the chance to draw the awesome Collins Chebe, one of our Cameroonian welders in his work outfit, complete with helmet and leather shoulder protection. It was an honour. (at Rabbit Productions)
Part of my Fati-Commando series of prints based on my visit to Iran, a test print of a plate to be used as inserts for a multi/plate print I will make later. I was fascinated by the hands needed to hold various bits of clothing together in order to provide the required level of modesty. Barely enough hands free to hold a bag. (at Rabbit Productions)
The last of the Fati-Commando plates ready to be cut. Unfortunately I had to go abroad so I will have to work on this plate on my kitchen table in wintry Brighton. (at Rabbit Productions)
I’ve been shooting with my new #digitalpinhole camera. Such fun. I’ve had a lot of questions about how it works and how to build it. If there is enough interest I think I’d like to run a workshop. (at Rabbit Productions)
I’ve been taking my new #digitalpinholecamera on a trip to Jan Hofmeyer town. This is Beyers Naude’s church. (at Jan-Hofmeyer, Vrededorp)
#sculpturelookingatyou @spazaart taken with my #pinholecamera (at Spaza Art Gallery)
Carlton centre twilight shot with my new #digitalpinholecamera long exposures are inevitable when there is no glass. #nofilter (at Carlton Centre)

Apparently, @jemgum inks better than me. Pah. I will just have to practice. (at Rabbit Productions)
Two of my favourite people involved in one of my favourite activities. Printing the first of a two colour lino print. (at Rabbit Productions)
Inking for a two colour print. @jemgum is learning from master printer @saneleomari.jali (at Rabbit Productions)
Time to print with @jemgum. His first lino cut in 31 years. He’s doing well. (at Rabbit Productions)
Filled a sketchbook on a trip to Ponte and Hillbrow, Berea. Such an interesting place. @dlalanje runs cool tours. Highly recommended. #justplay #dlalanje #instasketch (at Rabbit Productions)
My first visiting artist, @jemgum working on a two colour lino cut. It’s such a pleasure to work with someone who had an intuitive grasp of the medium, and added bonus: he’s my brother :-)
Obligatory plug: print space available for artists and designers in a cool CBD space. Link in the profile. (at Rabbit Productions)
